Rates4Rigs is based in Manitoba, Canada, and provides a website for commercial vehicle insurance information and quote requests for independent truckers and fleet owners. Rates4Rigs is a lead generation service, not an insurance carrier. These terms govern use of this website; they are not an insurance policy or an agreement to provide coverage.
The website currently accepts inquiries for Rates4Rigs to review through Formspree. No insurance partners are connected yet, so we cannot arrange an insurance quote at this time. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a quote or a provider response.
2. Using the website
Use this service only if you are an adult with authority to make the inquiry for yourself or the business you represent. Provide accurate, current information and obtain permission before supplying anyone else's details. You are responsible for checking your submission and correcting errors.
You must not submit fraudulent requests, impersonate others, distribute malicious software, interfere with site security, overload the service or use it to obtain information unlawfully.
3. Quote requests do not bind coverage
Submitting a request does not purchase, renew, change, cancel or bind insurance. It does not guarantee that a provider will contact you, issue a quote, approve an application or offer any particular price or coverage. A request does not guarantee savings or a comparison of every insurer.
Any insurance offer depends on the provider's underwriting, your operation, location, eligibility and applicable terms. Only the relevant insurance provider can confirm premiums, exclusions, limits, deductibles, effective dates and binding requirements. Policy documents and provider agreements govern any coverage you purchase.
Keep your existing coverage in place unless you have confirmed replacement coverage and its effective date with the provider. Do not use this website to report a claim, request an insurance certificate or make an urgent policy change; contact your existing agent or carrier directly.

Rates4Rigs plans to sell or share quote requests with insurance partners and receive payment for referrals. Referral arrangements and compensation may influence which partners receive your request. We do not represent that our network covers the whole market, that every recipient will offer a quote or that any offer will be the lowest available price.
Insurance partners operate independently and are responsible for their advice, quotes, policies and services. Paid partner referrals are planned for when partners become available. The current form sends inquiries to Rates4Rigs through Formspree and does not authorize sale or sharing with a future insurance buyer. We will explain recipients and seek additional consent before that sharing.
5. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and privacy contacts. The form requests consent to processing through Formspree and responding by email. Consent for future paid sharing will be requested separately once recipients are identified. These terms alone do not authorize every use or disclosure of your information.
Rates4Rigs plans to send marketing emails only to people who separately opt in. Subscribing is optional and is not a condition of requesting a quote. Marketing emails will include sender identification, contact details and an unsubscribe mechanism; unsubscribe requests will be implemented within 10 business days.
Using this website or providing a phone number does not, by itself, authorize marketing calls or texts. Any necessary permissions for those channels or for a partner's separate marketing must be obtained separately. Communications about a quote inquiry do not establish coverage.

Rates4Rigs and its licensors retain their rights in the website's original materials. You may use the site for your own legitimate business inquiry. These terms do not grant permission to copy or redistribute branding or substantial website content, except where applicable law permits it. 7. Availability and responsibility
